Sailfish (Istiophorus platypterus):

Billfish including Sailfish, White Marlin and Blue Marlin all have an upper jaw that is elongated in the form of spear. They also have a greatly enlarged dorsal fin called the sail. When Billfish feed off the surface they create explosive top water action. Billfish will dance across and break water in agressive attempts to get loose. One second the fish will be stripping line and running away from you only to turn seemingly on a dime and swim directly towards the boat to shake the hook. Definitely one of the most exciting fish I've ever caught.
